Muladhara

The Chakras are known for many things. And when people start to study and work with them they should always begin from the Bottom up. The Root Chakra has many Names:
  •  Root,
  • Adhara
  • Mula
  • Padma Bhrui
The Root Chakra is the first out  the Seven Major Chakras. It is located between the Anus and Genitals. The element of which the Muladhara is connected to is Earth.

It true symbolism is of Lowest grade of manifestation of the basis of Life itself.

In kundalini yoga it is seen as the chakra is seen as having four lotus petals. Being the color of blood red.The four petals each have a representation.
These are of great joy, Natural pleasure, delight in controlling passions and Blissfulness.

The functions of the root chakra.

In terms of energetics, this chakra channels Earth energies upward through the feet and legs to process and stabilize it. It then moves the energy on, up the spine, now transmuted into a form that the body recognizes as signals, to balance the endocrine system through the release of hormones. When we do not get a full flow of this Earth Energy, imbalances in our physical body results.

"Grounding" or "Rooting" is the main function of the Muladhara. When we are grounded, we are at one with life and Muladhara functions as intended. We enter to a sympathetic vibration with the electromagnetic frequency of the Earth, coming into tune with the beat of "her" heart.
Muladhara is also closely associated with returning karma-the sum of our experiences from previous existences. This is sometimes referred to as ?good? or ?bad? Karma, but all karma is there for us to learn from, and we are fortunate if we believe that we get more than one chance at Life!

To some people they will say that The first two chakras may help with basic funicuntions of the Aura. The first two chakras have been known to change negativity of emotions to a more grounded a balance aspect to which we feel safer and more relax and do not suffer from extreme stress. If ones Muldhara is not balanced it will be more likely that you have issues grounding along with Deal with a lot of Negative emotions such as Fear, Anger, Sadness, Depression, Grief.

With The Muldhara It is Often Describe As A red.

The main issues I see people with a Weak Chakra is That they have Issues with there Sexuality, Lust as well Obession Unhealthy amounts. And have Irrational fears.

Where is this Chakra Located?

A simple way I tell people to find this chakra is when they are Urinating that they should stop themselves midway and the pressure they feel from the muscle between the Anus and Genitals is where your Muldhara is located.

The Muldhara is the most important Chakra. Due to being the chakra keeps you grounded and this should be the first chakra you work with Not The Anja(Third Eye).
